1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both passengers and our drivers who depend on confirmed bookings.

2. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your booking, please contact us immediately via:

Please share your name, booking date, and pickup details when requesting cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and refund eligibility within 30 minutes.
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
Submit Cancellation Request
Call or WhatsApp us with your booking details. We will verify your booking and cancellation time.
Cancellation Confirmed
We will confirm your cancellation and inform you of the refund amount based on our policy.
Refund Initiated
Refunds for online/UPI payments are processed within 5â7 working days to the original payment source. Cash advance refunds are made via UPI or cash as agreed.
Refund Received
You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed. Bank processing may take an additional 2â3 business days.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We are happy to reschedule your booking free of charge if you inform us at least 4 hours before the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before pickup may be treated as a cancellation.
- Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times.
- No rescheduling fee for the first change; âš100 convenience fee may apply on the second change.
5. Cancellation by Neemrana Taxi
In rare circumstances â such as vehicle breakdown, driver emergency, or severe weather â we may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible via call and WhatsApp.
- We will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
- If no alternative is available, a 100% refund of any advance paid will be processed within 2 working days.
6. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when the passenger is not available at the confirmed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached by phone.
- Our driver will wait up to 15 minutes free of charge.
- After 15 minutes, a waiting charge of âš100 per 30 minutes applies.
- After 30 minutes of waiting with no contact, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- No refund will be issued for no-show bookings.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Toll charges already paid by the driver.
- Parking charges incurred at the pickup location.
- Night charges (âš200) once the driver has been dispatched for a night ride.
- Any charges for extra km or hours already consumed during a partial trip.
8. Payment Gateway Refunds
For payments made via our online payment gateway (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking):
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5â7 working days after refund initiation from our end.
- Bank/payment gateway processing may take an additional 2â3 business days.
- In case of failed transactions, the amount will be auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5â7 days. Contact us if not received after 7 days.
